When registering, be sure you have accurately stated the correct number of guests in your cabin.

agreement upon check-in.
RESTRICTIONS: No Pets unless cabin allows pets. There is $50.00 fee per pet, Non refundable. No House Parties... No Receptions. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave with NO REFUND.DO NOT BE DISHONEST!!!!!!! Or there will be a penalty. Pursuant to TCA 62-13-1047Di: Reservation deposits may or may not be kept in an escrow account prior to arrival.
1. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or anytime after. (No checks on day of arrival) Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m., unless approved by office.
2. Refunds: No deposit returned unless a two week notice is given, Of Original booking date. $100.00
After a 2 week period the deposit is non-refundable. No refund for early departure.
3 bedroom cabins and up there will be no Refunds, Therefore you Forfeit Entire Deposit
No checks. If you call to reschedule for any reason you will be charged a
$25 reschedule fee. Or, any changes you make to your Reservations.
3. Guest agrees not to charge long distance phone calls to the cabin. If he/she does, the guest is liable for
the bill.
4. The accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the owner’s furnishings and neither the agent nor
The owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings. Some owners have locked
closets containing personal belongings; these are not included in the rental of the cabin.
5. As agents, we reserve the right not to refund deposits, refuse admittance, and/or discontinue occupancy
if, in our opinion, it is detrimental to the cabin.
6. Should the cabin be undergoing any major repairs, or the owner of the cabin elects to remove his
property from Golden Valley Cabin Rentals, LLC, the agency may substitute a comparable cabin at
the original price if such a unit is open.
7. I, the renter, fully understand that the management will not be responsible for accidents or injury of
Any kind to guests or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
8. I, the renter, agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the cabin to the satisfaction of
the owner or his agents thru using my credit card.
9. Linens can be exchanged at office as needed. Any additional soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. is
also available at the office.
10. You are responsible for cleaning your own dishes. Do not put your dishes away dirty. If you do not
want to clean them yourself, leave them in the sink, and we will charge your credit card $25.00 (for the
cleaners, for taking their time to wash, dry, and put dishes away).
11. All of our cabins are non-smoking, You may, however, smoke outside.
12. The owner and Golden Valley Cabin Rentals, LLC renting the cabins with indoor swimming pools,
Hot-tubs, and whirlpools are not responsible for any accidents or drowning. There is NO LIFE
GUARD ON DUTY! CHILDREN MUST HAVE ADULT SUPERVISION when using pool,
Hot tub or whirlpools. Please shower before and after entering pools or hot tubs.
13. Cabins that do allow pets (no cats allowed) will require a $50 fee per pet, non-refundable. If the
Damage exceeds $50 the extra cost will be charged to your credit card. All pets must be groomed
before arriving and kennel trained. You must let us know if you have a pet. We have cabins that are
NOT pet friendly. DO NOT BE DISHONEST! Or there will be a penalty.

When checking out each renter is responsible for leaving the cabin
in order and kitchen clean before checking out. Please return keys to the
office. Key box is by office door.
