agreement upon check-in.
All reservations are subject to a $30 reservation processing fee
When registering, be sure you have accurately stated the number of
guests in your cabin.
RESTRICTIONS: No Pets unless cabin allows pets. There is $50.00 fee per pet, Non refundable. No House Parties... No Receptions. Anyone not complying will be asked to leave with NO REFUND.DO NOT BE DISHONEST!!!!!!! Or there will be a penalty. Pursuant to TCA 62-13-1047Di: Reservation deposits may or may not be kept in an escrow account prior to arrival.
1. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or anytime after. (No checks on day of arrival) Check-out time is by 10:00 a.m., unless approved by office.
2. CANCELLATIONS: If, for any reason, you need to reschedule your reservation, you must provide us with 21 days notice of any changes; otherwise you are responsible for the entire stay as booked. Any changes made to cabin, or chalet reservations will require an additional administrative fee in the amount of $25, which will be charged upon changing the reservation. All changes to your reservation are subject to current rates, availability, and reservation rules in effect at the time of your new reservation. If you reschedule, your original deposit will be applied to your rescheduled arrival date and you must reschedule within 1 year of your original reservation date. Due to the nature of the resort business we are unable to refund for early check outs for any reason, including inclement weather. If for any reason, you need to cancel your reservation, a $100 cancelation fee will apply.
3. Guest agrees not to charge long distance phone calls to the cabin. If he/she does, the guest is liable for the bill
4. The accommodation is a privately owned dwelling with the owner¿s furnishings and neither the agent nor the owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings. Some owners have locked closets containing personal belongings; these are not included in the rental of the cabin.
5. As agents, we reserve the right not to refund deposits, refuse admittance, and/or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, it is detrimental to the cabin
6. Should the cabin be undergoing any major repairs, or the owner of the cabin elects to remove his property from Golden Valley Rentals, LLC, the agency may substitute a comparable cabin at the original price if such a unit is open.
7. I, the renter, fully understand that the management will not be responsible for accidents or injury of any kind to guests or for the loss of money; jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
8. I, the renter, agree to replace or pay for any loss, breakage or damage to the chalet to the satisfaction of the owner or his agents thru using my credit card.
9. Linens can be exchanged at office as needed. Any additional soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, etc. is also available at the office.
10. You are responsible for cleaning your own dishes. DO NOT put your dishes away dirty. If you do not want to clean them yourself, leave them in the sink, and we will charge your credit card $25.00 (for the cleaners, for taking their time to wash, dry, and put the dishes away).
11. All of our cabins are non-smoking. You may, however, smoke outside.
12. Returned checks are automatically forwarded to a collection agency with an additional $50.00 handling fee.
When checking out each renter is responsible for leaving the cabin
in order and kitchen clean before checking out. Please return keys to the
office. Key box is by office door.
*Some of our cabins are in the mountains and require front or 4
wheel drive especially in the winter.
*Please forgive our progress in the Smoky Mountains. Some construction is going on in the area
and is not under our control so we will be unable to refund any
monies due to the progress.
